Dear ODS Members,
Oregon Dressage Society is seeking a volunteer to chair this year’s Silent Auction, which will be held on Saturday, November 12th in Sherwood, OR, in conjunction with the ODS Annual Meeting and the ODS Special Awards Celebration. It would be helpful to also have additional committee members to provide assistance in obtaining donations, helping set up and take payments/send thank you notes after the auction is over.
This volunteer is vital to the success of ODS, as the proceeds from the auction help host the meeting and awards ceremony as well as provide funding to help with costs of running our organization.
Support is given by the ODS Awards Committee as well as from the ODS Office; examples of past forms, lists from past donors and other information is given to new volunteers.
