April 17th a Potluck meeting was held at Kaye Phaneuf home in Canby Oregon. Meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.
Minutes of last meeting, February 20th were approved as read. Kaye moved and Marilyn seconed them.
No Contract with Lake Oswego Hunt Club for Summer Daze yet, but everything is going on schedule. Helen Ferguson will act as Show Manager at the Show.
We discussed hosting future Clinics with no decisions made. Clinics we would like to audit or ride in were with Kari Schwartz and Tedi Paasch. Several members were planning to attend theTom Murray clinic at his new arena.
We watched the USDF video on Helmet Safety. We discussed the video and had even more questions about concussions.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 pm.
